At Shubhakrit, every garment is thoughtfully designed and customized through a collaborative process with our clients. Because each piece is made with careful attention to individual measurements and preferences, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been completed.
To ensure complete transparency, all measurements are cross-checked throughout the design process, and clients are shown or sent images of their garment prior to dispatch for final confirmation. This allows us to maintain accuracy and ensure that each order meets expectations before it is delivered.
